**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Branch Manager to be responsible for the operations of the
**Jeddah Branch.** You will be responsible for managing the conventional business operations, in particular business development including sales and marketing functions and managing the performance of the branch in order to fulfill the growth strategy and maximize profitability.

This is an office based leadership role reporting to the Deputy CEO and managing a team of 30.

**The main responsibilities will be including but not limited to**:

- Implementing and achieving agreed strategic and operational improvement initiatives for the Aon Jeddah office.
- Maintaining a compliance culture within the Jeddah office in line with Aon Group and local regulatory requirements.
- Managing, developing, coaching & training of staff (Account Executives and Account Handlers, Claims Manager and Claims Handlers); Where necessary, assist staff with the administration of the accounts and ensure quality output and compliance with set processes and procedures.
- Ensuring high-level of client servicing standards are maintained on a day-to-day basis with clients. Ensure all documentation, correspondence and telephone calls are dealt with effectively & efficiently.
- Establishing & agreeing new business development initiatives for the Jeddah office.
- Overseeing client profitability for the Jeddah office, building value propositions relevant to our clients to facilitate continued organic growth.
- Management of company policies & procedures to minimize Errors and Omissions exposures.
- Ensuring that audits are undertaken and completed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Building and maintaining client and prospect relationships with consistent Client visitation.
- Develop relationships with key insurance market contacts within Saudi Arabia and the wider international market.
- Undertaking claims management; oversees claims department to ensure claims handling standards are maintained. Actively involved on large and complex losses from post loss notification through final settlement.
- Supporting the selection/recruitment/training/developing/assessment of junior staff.
- Monitoring the market/industry development, changes & trends, and advise management as appropriate.

**To be successful in this role you should display**:

- Experience in a similar role where you have led a team
- 10+ years relevant industry experience (insurance brokerage, insurance)
- University degree
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
