**Job Title: IMS Technical Specialist**
**Location: Kochi**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, monitor, and manage **ManageEngine solutions** for IT infrastructure management.
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot **Windows Servers** to ensure security and optimal performance.
- Manage **Active Directory (AD) services**, including domain controllers, group policies, and user account management.
- Implement and troubleshoot **TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related network services**.
- Ensure compliance with **corporate security policies** for Azure and Office 365 environments.
- Manage and support **cloud infrastructure**, including **Azure and Office 365 services** (user management, security, and migrations).
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain **disaster recovery and business continuity best practices**.
- Proactively monitor and resolve **system issues** to ensure **high availability and mínimal downtime**.
- Perform periodic **maintenance and updates** on Windows Servers to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee the **implementation and management of Patch Management solutions**.
- Manage **Endpoint Security solutions** to safeguard IT infrastructure.
- Administer **end-user device management** to enhance security and compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Certification** in **Microsoft Azure and Office 365**.
- Expertise in the **ManageEngine suite** (ServiceDesk, Desktop Central, OpManager, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **Windows Server administration and Active Directory**.
- Hands-on experience with **DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations**.
- Proven ability to **troubleshoot network and server-related issues** efficiently.
- Strong **communication and collaboration skills**.
- Experience in **IT service management and project coordination** is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **3-5 years** of experience in IT infrastructure management, including hands-on expertise in **ManageEngine, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, and End-User Device Management**.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
