**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Professional Skills Teacher at Lincoln College International, you will play a crucial role in the growth

and development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
- Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
- Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
- Planning and implementing educational activities and events.
- Ensuring your classroom is clean and orderly.
- Preparing and distributing periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
- Evaluating and documenting students’ progress.
- Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Master’s or Bachelor's in Education/Business
- Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with 3 years desirable in the post-secondary
- Experience in delivering Professional Skills (Key Skills, Critical Skills, etc.), particularly within the

context of the world of work
- Experience in working within 3rd Millennium learning environments, and with digital devices and

peripherals
- Proven experience in sound formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment
- Proven experience in working in partnership with other colleagues to design and deliver an

integrated curriculum

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and filling needs
