- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to inform marketing decisions
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels
- Monitor and optimize marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement new technologies as appropriate
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are culturally relevant and resonate with the Saudi Arabian market

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques
- Experience with marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning for marketing initiatives
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer behavior
- Knowledge of local cultural nuances and their impact on marketing strategies
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred
- Professional marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus
