On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong logistics background and a commitment to excellence to contribute to a prestigious company’s operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all logistics operations in line with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage 3PL relationships, including contract negotiation, KPI setting, monthly review meetings, and SLA improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with key internal teams, warehouse management, and external logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize SAP for logistics management, and Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all logistics processes are structured and organized, paying close attention to detail for optimal performance.
- Contribute positively to the team, demonstrating accountability, transparency, and a passion for learning.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ relevant experience as a Logistics Specialist or a similar role within the logistics field.
- Experience managing 3PL relationships, with a strong understanding of contracts, KPIs, and SLA improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Structured, process-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
- Proactive team player who demonstrates accountability, transparency, and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry, performance, health, and product use is preferable.
