Who we are looking for

A Corporate Administration Manager working for the CEO of State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Solutions to perform office administrative requirements ranging from public relations, board of directors and board committees secretarial tasks, company regulatory requirements, Business Risk, Human Resources, Finance, and Business Continuity planning. The individual is responsible to ensure that all matters relating to legal entity are updated and aligned with the local regulations.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As a Corporate Administration Manager you will
- Perform all government related requirements relating to employee registration, legal entity registration, legal entity regulatory requirements, and regulatory issues reconciliation
- Engage closely with SSSAFS employees on administrative workflow requirements
- Board and Board Committees Secretarial duties
- liaise with Business Risk Management team governance activities and reporting
- back up compliance regulatory reporting
- Oversight of administrative tasks (internal and external)

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- CME-1
- CME-2
