**The applicant must do the following**:

- Works as a system analyst with all key personnel to help identify user needs and system development.
- Coordination and support to all client requests in modifications and change orders to the development team for processing and review after completion.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and IT staff on the use of all ERP systems.
- Develop and deliver training materials, operating manuals and all required documents to end users.
- Interact with customers to provide and process all information and requirements, whether inquiries, concerns or all requests related to products and services.
- Presence at customers to solve all problems and requests as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
The applicant must possess the following skills as a minimum:

- Excellent knowledge and full familiarity with all ERP systems.
- At least 5 years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Technical knowledge in dealing with databases (MSSQL)
- Technical knowledge in dealing with Windows and IIS servers.
- High communication skill
- Thorough knowledge of preparing and developing requirements, analysis and other documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Preferably someone with project management experience
