- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.
- Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
- Educate clients on available spa services, products, and post-treatment care.
- Uphold spa protocols and industry best practices to deliver consistent and professional services.
- Assist in promoting spa services and products to maximize revenue.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in spa treatments and wellness therapies.
- Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Spa Therapist**, Massage Therapist, or a related role in a luxury spa or wellness center.
- Certified in **massage therapy, body treatments.**
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
