CCDS is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing and Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence and promoting our innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with media channels, and producing high-quality content to reach our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CCDS's services and solutions
- Create compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, blogs, and press releases
- Manage social media accounts and develop engaging campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and operational goals
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance our media presence
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
- Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to represent CCDS

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and media roles, preferably within the IT or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and ROI
