**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at SWOT Hospitality in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and handling communication between different departments. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive success and create a memorable dining experience for guests.

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
- Experience in Hiring and Communication with staff
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry in upscale restaurants
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in restaurant management
- Experience in an upscale restaurant is required
