Performs activities in Heart Centre Supplies such as handling materials, maintaining records and documentations, and handling the system’s supply requests.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Handles the operational activities of receiving and reception area of the Heart Centre store.

2. Maintains and handles materials for efficient availability and accounting.

3. Maintains all records and documentations, and submits required reports.

4. Responsible for store inventory, stock inward and outward, and receiving and reception areas.

5. Responsible for vendors’ coordination.

6. Handles the system coding for supplies storage.

7. Maintains quality assurance as applicable.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
No experience required with Bachelor’s Degree, or one (1) year of Store Keeper, Supply Technician or related experience with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
