Rewaa are recruiting a Outbound Account Management Specialist with responsibility for selling Rewaa business imaging products to corporate customers in the government and private sectors throughout the central region of Saudi Arabia.
The Outbound Account Management Specialist will implement the Middle East sales strategy for assigned customers and markets to generate growth and maximize sales of Rewaa products.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Build a sales pipeline and quarterly goals to ensure strong funnel of near, medium and long term
- opportunities for new business from named targets and / or assigned markets/geography. Identify, nurture and close new opportunities that result in substantial growth in the company market share, revenues, and margin.
- Manage a balanced pipeline representing the strategic priorities of Rewaa and the wider company portfolio of products and services.
- Build account plans and strategies to leverage on existing and run-rate business, to seed and grow new opportunities whilst maintaining the existing customer base.
- Sell the full range of Rewaa products and services, maximizing cross selling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Experienced working in a sales environment with proven record of achieving success through the development of new profitable sales.
- Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in business, technical or sales related discipline.
- Strong sales negotiation capability in positioning solution value under pricing pressures from customers/procurement professionals.
- Ability to develop a business case with the end user customer which articulates the business benefits of the solution.
- Ability to build and proactively manage relationships over short and long term to generate business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences.
- Self-motivated with good analytical and problem solving skills, both at tactical and strategic account level.
- Strong IT skills, including a good understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written) is a must and Arabic language would be advantageous.
- The role will be required to travel within designated country/territory as required.
