**Job Title**: HR Specialist
**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Administer daily HR activities such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and handling HR administrative duties.
- Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
- Operate and manage essential government portals, including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and others as necessary.
- Assist with Government Relations tasks and serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities when required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Practical experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
- Experience in Government Relations is a valuable advantage.
