**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor invoice verification, recording, and processing invoices, and coordinating payments.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including reviewing invoices, recording transactions, and issuing timely vendor payments.
- Participate in Annual Budget preparation and provide necessary documentation and information to Finance Controller.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and information to auditors.
- Prepare financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze complex financial reports and records.
- Collaborate with the IT department to optimize and maintain payment systems and train other staff members on the new process / system.
- Supervise junior staff members by providing timely support and training.
- Other duties as assigned by Management, as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with minimum of 4 years’ experience
- Registered in Saudi organization for chartered and professional accountant (SOCPA).
- Conducts intermediate to advanced financial analysis.
- Ability to assist with budget and forecast preparation.
- Follows accounting practices to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Fluency in English & Arabic, verbal and written.
