- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop annual operational plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for the shared services department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts across departments.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making, cost optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital to maintain financial health and liquidity.
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance cash efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with applicable accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Monitor financial controls to safeguard company assets and maintain audit readiness.
- Set clear performance goals and metrics for shared services teams, driving continuous improvement and exceeding operational expectations.
- Develop risk assessment plans to mitigate and address potential risks minimize business disruptions.
- Manage the shared services activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Manage all aspects of the HR operations, including local and overseas recruitment, onboarding, performance management, GR, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Manage regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Ensure proper planning for the career path and succession planning initiatives, fostering clear growth opportunities for employees.
- Monitor key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, time to fill vacancies, and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the annual planning of the IT activities and the company systems including new installations, maintenance, IT purchases in line with the setting budget and strategic goals.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT systems and services, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
- Direct the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and prevent data loss.
- Manage contracts with external vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring adherence to high service standards.
- Regularly engage with cross functional department managers to ensure shared services operations are aligned with other functional areas and to proactively address and resolve any related challenges.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shared services activities and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all shared services functions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Prepare and submit reports on shared services department operations, including HR, IT, and finance activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities within shared services department.
