- Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present quality reports and documentation to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop QA/QC teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantage
