**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project control roles within the construction or engineering industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management
