Our newest opportunity is for a talented CAD Operator to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Developing and prepare drawings in CAD format from preliminary concepts and sketches.
- Preparing detailed drawings, in CAD format, of proposed facilities and infrastructures, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
- Producing complete and accurate record drawings.
- Producing drawings for land development projects.
- Working as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional architects/ engineers and other CAD technicians.
- Utilizing customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve AutoCAD productivity and efficiency and to comply with the company CAD standards.
- Promoting the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
- Performing all other assigned related duties.
- Proficienct in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop.
- Excellent technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment, high energy, fast-paced, detailed-oriented, professional approach with a positive, can do attitude.
- Autodesk AutoCAD: Certified Professional

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum 5 years’ experience within the GCC, Architectural Diploma or relevent degree and be an Autodesk/ AutoCAD certified proffesional.
