**ABOUT THE JOB** **Access to Capital & Investor Relations Lead** supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs in raising venture capital through (1) mentorship on the pitch, fundraising strategy, term sheet negotiations, and reverse due diligence on prospective lead investors (2) facilitating introductions to our global network of investors (3) investment from our rules-based co-investment fund Endeavor Catalyst, which participates in rounds >$5M led by qualified institutional investors. (4) Manage relationships with Endeavor Catalyst LP and help raise funding for Endeavor Catalyst. (5) support the ESG team in the search and selection of high-impact entrepreneurs. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Support Entrepreneurs with Access to Capital**: - Manage EE servicing needs related to fundraising /connection with investors. - Collect feedback from portfolio companies and high-potential companies on pain points related to fundraising - Develop and maintain Endeavor’s investor network, including VCs, Angels, Family offices, and Institutional investors. Analyze, search, and onboard new investors. - Supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs in raising venture capital through running the Mentor Capital Program( mentorship on the pitch, fundraising strategy, term sheet negotiations, and reverse due diligence on prospective lead investors) - Running capital-raising roadshows (Curating target investors within our global network of investors, VCs, and family offices, making warm introductions, etc). - Obtain best practices from other endeavor offices related to the Mentor Capital Program. Monthly calls across offices for best practice sharing (regional) - Recommend fundraising experts to join as MCP specialized mentors. - Support strategic organizational initiatives working to improve Endeavor’s service delivery to entrepreneurs. - Network care calls with VCs to maintain relationships and build pipeline - Bi-monthly newsletters to VCs - Local / Regional initiatives (i.e. Develop initiatives in partnership with local partners to attract global investors to invest in local EEs / in KSA more broadly) - Develop and collaborate regionally on VC matchmaking events across various regional geographies in MENA, Turkey, and Africa. **Investor Relations**: - Facilitate and manage the deal flow for our rules-based co-investment fund Endeavor Catalyst, which participates in rounds >$5M led by qualified institutional investors. - Develop and manage relationships with Endeavor Catalyst LP and help raise funding for Endeavor Catalyst. **Selection of highest potential entrepreneurs**: - Develop and maintain relationships with Investor networks and incubators/Accelerators/Government programs to build a pipeline of high-growth companies - Build a pipeline of high-growth companies to join Endeavor’s rigorous Selection process. - Use pipeline management tools and support office calls through note-taking and updating Salesforce. - Participate in national and international events. **Knowledge Management**: - Manage Salesforce data and knowledge on specific events, and mentors, related to the industry; update and maintain relevant marketing materials.
