Electro Mechanical Foreman

**Electro-Mechanical Technicians combine knowledge of mechanical technology with knowledge of electrical and elecrtronic circuits. They install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electronic and computer - controlled mechanical systems.**
- **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all kitchen/laundry, LPG and sauna systems in the hotel.**:

- **Ensure that Preventive Maintenance Service is done as per planned scheduled provided by Chief Engineer and that all machines and equipment are maintained in working conditions.**:

- **Ensure following and implementing all the quality standards, in line with international regulations and standards are maintained during maintenance interventions on the equipment.**:

- **Ensure that materials requested from the Maintenance stores are used correctly without wastage or excess to requirement.**:

- **Assist in planning and undertake new installation of new equipment, systems and/or facilities.**:

- **Ensure prompt and efficient customer service at all times by adopting a proactive approach to dealing with guests complaints.**:

- **Ensure that the workshop premises (plant, machinery, workshops) and surroundings are always kept in a perfect state of tidiness.**:

- **Ensure proper implementation of he Standard Operation Procedures related to his department so as to ensure consistency in the delivery of excellent service.**:

- **Ensure Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met as well as the maintenance of safe work practices and observance of safety rules and precautions.**:

- **In case of fire or any other emergency, he should be present with the team to assist the emergency team.
