In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing our digital engineering strategies, ensuring the effective integration of advanced technologies in our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and evolve best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for Digital Products engineering working with Enterprise Architect
- Design and lead the architecture for Digital Products working with digital partner
- Drive the selection and integration of appropriate frameworks and services
- Ensure digital products are scalable, resilient, fault tolerant and extensible to broader future needs
- Ensure digital products adhere to security standards and compliance requirements Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital partner, Enterprise Architect, product managers, designers, and back-end engineers
- Collaborate with data and analytics architecture team to ensure guest data availability in data platform
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a point of escalation for critical technical challenges Self and Team Learning
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the front-end development team
- Encourage a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar disciplines
- Track record of advocating for the adoption of strong software architecture, development of best practices, and new technologies
- Track record of driving complex projects, holding the highest standards of quality and balancing between pragmatic and ideal solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills with proven record of growing people into broader roles
