Bechtel is seeking an experienced Organization Development (OD) Specialist to join us in our Riyadh office. In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities within the Talent Management (TM) function to meet business and Human Resource (HR) objectives. You will primarily provide support for delivery of the Early Career Hire (ECH) and internship programs, along with organizational development (OD), change management (CM), and performance management (PM) initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver our ECH and intern programs for the Middle East region.
- Liaise regularly with regionally assigned HR Business Partner/s to support the implementation of the overall TM strategy (ensuring Saudization requirements are taken into consideration).
- Liaise with local project leadership and HR team members to develop and deliver high-impact OD activities (at both the individual and team level).
- Lead the implementation of change management activities for internal customers across the region (as needed).
- Support the regional Learning & Delivery (L&D) Specialist, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of workshops and learning solutions to meet business and talent development needs (as needed)
- Work to continuously improve relevance, effectiveness and delivery of OD programs through evaluation, data analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the regional HR Business Partners to conduct talent and succession management.
- Support the Bechtel TM assessment and coaching processes in alignment with our TM Center of Excellence (CoE).

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years related experience or 8 years of overall experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering HR programs (e.g. intern or college hire program, OD, TM, or L&D)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
- Data analytics skills and abilities
- Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities and deadlines and provide timely responses to customers
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
- Contributing team member who is willing to step in to support critical department deadlines as required
- Intermediate proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Professional HR or OD/TM Certification
- High level English proficiency
