**Job Description - Windows Server Administrator (Saudi Nationals - Riyadh)**:

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled Saudi National Windows Server Administrator to support and manage the organization’s Windows Server infrastructure. The role requires expertise in server deployment, configuration, system security, performance optimization, and compliance with audit and security standards.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual server hardware.

- Install and configure Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022).

- Monitor and optimize Windows Server performance and resources.

- Implement regular security updates, patches, and server hardening activities.

- Remediate audit findings and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for server configurations, SOPs, and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Preferred certifications**:MCSA**, **MCSE**, or equivalent.

**Experience & Technical Skills**:

- Minimum 5+ years experience in Windows Server Administration (L2/L3).

- Experience with **VMware**, **Hyper-V**, or other virtualization platforms.

- Familiarity with **PowerShell** for scripting, automation, and administration tasks.

- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems.

- Strong understanding of patch management, CIS/security hardening, and compliance practices.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed documentation.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

- Flexibility to support on-call rotations and after-hours operations.

- Commitment to implementing and maintaining security best practices.
