The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction, delivering purpose-led and measurable outcomes for clients, with a particular focus on climate change, social value, and biodiversity.
- Managing work winning and bid/no-bid decision-making in collaboration with other sector and practice group stakeholders.
- Driving growth within the sector to meet commercial revenue targets aligned to the annual business plan, requiring the translation of business plan objectives into deliverable strategies, leading to a profitable and sustainable business for Mace in this sector.
- Overseeing the awareness of the financial performance of RB projects and services in the sector, ensuring commercial performance is in line with revenue, margin, and utilisation targets.
- Managing workforce planning and ensuring projects are suitably resourced with the necessary competencies, alongside forward planning, and proactive recruitment to support sector pipeline and growth.

About you

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead a strong, motivated team. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
