Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Civil Engineering Leadership:
Lead the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure and construction projects.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines.
Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
Estimation & Cost Control:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.
Analyze project drawings, scope, and requirements to evaluate material, labor, and time costs.
Coordinate with procurement for pricing, vendor analysis, and budgeting.
Project & Engineering Management:
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Supervise and mentor engineering staff, ensuring team performance and development.
Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Oversee project documentation, progress reports, and engineering records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with planning, procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support business development with technical inputs and cost proposals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, estimation, and project management roles.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and Saudi Arabian standards (if applicable).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
