**What You'll Do**:

- Provide excellent customer services.
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Make suggestions based on their preferences.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders.
- Up-sell when appropriate.
- Arrange table settings.
- Follow Kitopi and the brands’ standards.
- You'll be working in our fast moving; high energy environment and we’re looking for people with high energy and that can work as part of a team within diverse groups of people

**Who Are We Looking For?**:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in preferably QSR or Retail background
- Ability to speak, read and understand the English language is mandatory
- Ability to converse Arabic language is required for this role
- You must be someone who leads by example, you don’t fold under pressure. In fact, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You must be an achiever through team work.
- Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness
