Position Title: Branch Manager - Café & Restaurants

Location: Al Khobar, Dammam, Qatif - Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient branch performance.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with local health, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.

2. Financial & Performance Monitoring
- Manage and analyze the branch’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
- Track sales, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenditures.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs such as:

- Sales growth (daily/weekly/monthly targets)
- Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and profit margins
- Labor cost % and productivity
- Table turnover and average check per customer
- Customer satisfaction scores and online reviews
- Identify areas for improvement and implement cost control strategies.

3. Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage the branch team, including service and kitchen staff.
- Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure optimal staffing.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
- Build a positive and goal-oriented work environment.

4. Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and high-quality guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers outstanding customer service.
- Handle VIP guests, reservations, and special occasions with care.

5. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Reduce waste and maintain cost efficiency in food and beverage operations.
- Ensure accurate stock counts and documentation.

6. Marketing & Promotions
- Support the execution of local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for events, offers, and product launches.
- Engage customers through social media and in-store promotions when required.

7. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and checklists to maintain excellence.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in restaurant or café operations, with at least 2 years in a branch leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
