JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Director (Civil) to oversee and enhance our civil infrastructure projects. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development. You will be responsible for directing the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects in alignment with the company's objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop project plans, including risk management strategies and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering teams and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and local authorities.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil infrastructure.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff to enhance their professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are preferred.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
