Job Location: United Arab Emirates

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters, including hiring, termination, discrimination, and wage and hour compliance.

2. Draft and review employment agreements, contracts, and policies to ensure legal compliance.

3. Represent the organization in labor disputes, negotiations, and mediations.

4. Conduct legal research and monitor changes in employment and labor laws to keep the organization informed and compliant.

5. Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective employment practices and policies.

6. Investigate and address employee grievances and complaints related to labor and employment issues.

7. Stay updated on legal developments and trends in employment and labor law.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.

2. Strong experience (3-10 yrs) in employment and labor law practice, either in-house or at a law firm.

3. Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

6. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

7. Strong ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of the role.
