Assist in supplying the overseas Manpower requirements
(productive and non-productive) of the different business units of the company through the services of the overseas recruitment agencies to increase business’ productivity.

Prepare job profile (job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge and skills) in accordance with the agreed Job Specifications as in Job Description.
Make offers, contracts and follow-up with entire hiring process - includes documentation, reference check, creation of pay-code, personal file etc.
Establish network with recruitment external agencies and relevant government bodies i.e. placement of vacancies,
Communicate with top universities, IPA, Technical and
(Career-day, Job Fair, etc.) and interview.
Create and build hiring database for recruitment within
KSA (Universities, institutes, career websites, Etc.).
Participate in job/career fairs and university recruitment
Undertake & manage induction/orientation and on
- boarding program for new hires in partnership with
Business Units. **Implement the “On-Boarding” process, including conducting induction of new associates.**
Perform analysis on the organization’s performance management policies and procedures to ensure that the organization is able to attract, retain and motivate the
7 associates with the appropriate skills and experiences so that the organization is able to achieve its business objectives.
Perform proper and timely filling and record keeping
(electronic and hardcopy) of all related performance management and development documents of all ALJ
8 Machinery entities and incorporating timely updates to the performance management database (electronic and hardcopy) to ensure complete and easy retrieval of all records.
Coordinate, collect, prepare reports and perform statistical analysis i.e. performance management information
9 relating to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
Competencies and Development.
Develop the communication of Performance Management
System to ensure the system is well accepted and
10 understood by the associates by compiling the associate performance, development, competencies and functional skills assessment outcome.
Qualification / Experience / Specific Skills / Behavioral Competencies
Minimum Requirement
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Diploma in HR
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource or Personnel
Experience Administration in a Multi-National corporation with at least 1 year specialization in Recruitment.
Saudi Labor Law: Knowledge in the interpretations of the important provisions of the Saudi Labor Law.
Time Management: Manage own time and the time of others.

Skilled in screening & shortlisting
Interviewing skills
Design, Develop & Administrate Assessment Tools & Centre.
Limited knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and
