The Role

**Requirements**:

- Saudi national is required for this role - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - PMP is a certain plus - Proven experience in managing and overseeing industrial building projects, with a strong emphasis on factory construction and industrial infrastructure. - Previous experience in Steel Structure is a certain plus - In-depth knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia. 7- to 10 years working experience in similar role is required. - Proficiency in project management tools and software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. - Arabic is a must and Fluency in English is required, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
