**Job Title: Receptionist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and organizational information in company databases.
- Respond to general inquiries from visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
