We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef for one of the largest and most prestigious hospitality operations in Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the culinary direction of a 5-star hotel with over 400 rooms, 8 food and beverage outlets, and function facilities catering to 1,500+ guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead and manage all culinary operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual restaurants, and extensive event catering.**:
- **Oversee menu development, food quality, and presentation to maintain 5-star standards.**:
- **Manage a large kitchen brigade, ensuring high team performance and training in line with international culinary practices.**:
- **Collaborate closely with other departments for seamless event and banquet coordination.**:
- **Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost control standards are adhered to across all outlets.**:
- **Innovate and introduce new concepts to elevate guest experiences in all F&B outlets.**
**Requirements**:
- **Internationally experienced Executive Chef with a background in leading 5-star hotel kitchens.**:
- **Proven experience managing operations in properties with 400+ rooms and 5+ F&B outlets.**:
- **Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams in a high-volume environment.**:
- **Excellent knowledge of diverse cuisines and the ability to cater to large-scale functions and banquets.**:
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving culinary trends.**
**Previous experience in Africa is highly desirable.**
