Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Construction Director (High-Rise/Steel Structures)**to join our Riyadh team In this role you will be responsible for the successful execution of all construction activities of a multi-story tower - high-rise development with complex steelwork frame project. This includes managing site operations, coordinating contractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and driving the construction program to meet schedule and budget targets.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Construction Leadership
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion.
- Develop and implement the Construction Management Plan (CMP).
- Coordinate sequencing of works including basement excavation, steel erection, superstructure, and fit-out.
- Ensure alignment with design intent and project specifications.

Site Operations & Contractor Management
- Oversee daily site operations, logistics, and workforce planning.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Resolve site-level issues and escalate critical risks to the Project Director.

Schedule, Cost & Progress Monitoring
- Monitor construction progress against the master schedule.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Support cost control and procurement strategies in coordination with commercial teams.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and site safety protocols.
- Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and followed.
- Liaise with authorities for inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, including high-rise towers and steel structures.
- Proven experience managing complex basement and steelwork construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in construction scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project)
- Deep understanding of construction contracts and site operations
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
