**Job title: Senior Quality Systems Engineer**

**Job description**:
**Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities**
- Support activities to maintain QMS certifications and compliance program. Support Quality Compliance and Services Manager in setting up QHSE Integrated Management System and Product Monogramming program for new business location, implementation Quality Industry Standards (API/ISO) including changes; with support from Country Quality & HSE team.
- Support & assist the Quality Compliance and Services Manager in establishing, developing, and implementation of the QHSE Integrated Management System in APME region in compliance with the requirements established by the Company and relevant industry standards (ISO 9001, API Q1,API Q2, ISO 29001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc).
- Conduct compliance trainings that support the Quality Compliance strategy (Internal Auditor Training, Registrar Audit Prep Sessions, ISO, API, GBPMS, etc).. Manage and Maintain QMS documentation and repository, which includes uploading & maintenance in the designated Global/Regional repository & notification to the Distribution List.
- Lead/participate in a Global QMS Project for cost savings, simplification and/ or standardization of Processes. Support the administration of region Management of Change (MoC) registry affecting APME Integrated QHSE Mgt System.Provide necessary data analysis and reporting to support QHSE Integrated Management System and GBPMS. Report overall QHSE Integrated Mgt System performance and ensure continual improvement of QHSE Integrated Mgt System.Lead and Facilitate the Q/HSE Integrated Management Reviews for APME region.

**Location: Saudi Arabia**

**You are meant for this job if**:

- University degree or equivalent qualification through experience
- 8+ years of Quality or Operational Excellence experience.
- Understand/ Familiar with Quality Management Systems requirements (API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 29001,etc).
- QMS (ISO/API) Lead Auditor certifications.
