**_ S3 _**Arabia is seeking an Director Brigade Flight Training **to support our aviation programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.**
The Director of Flight Training is a senior level management position with responsibility for overseeing the planning, development, execution, and continuous assessment and improvement of advanced flight training within the 1st and 2nd Brigades of the Ministry of National Guard (MNG) Aviation in Saudi Arabia. The Director is the senior contract manager who interfaces with the MNG command and staff leadership to assist in developing and executing training in the AH-64E, UH-60M, and AH-6i rotary wing helicopters. He also is the principal steward for preparing, revising, and maintaining aviation policies, procedures, reports, and Contract Deliverable Reports (CDRLs) to the Team GDC Executive Leadership Team. The Director interfaces with Team GDC ME Standardization and Safety Management leaders within the two brigades to ensure implementation of the Commander’s Aircrew Training Program for individual aviator Readiness Level Progression and collective training exercises such as Crew and Team Gunnery, large scale air movements, and Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise. He reports to the Director of Integrated Maintenance Support Services on the Contract team and directly to the MNG G3-G5 for providing counsel to the customer for force modernization, technology improvements, training innovations, and center of excellence expansion. The Director is the chief architect of support delivered to the 1st and 2nd Brigades and for ensuring contract compliance in executing the Team’s performance work statement to MNG standards, AR 95-20, and AS9100D and AS9110.
