The QA/ QC Inspector is responsible to ensure that all field construction and commissioning activities are performed in accordance with the provisions of the approved Construction ITP, Method Statement and AP Engineering Requirements. The QA/ QC Inspector will be responsible for day-to-day inspections according to the IFC design and testing according to ITP offered by the contractor and validate the testing reports.

**V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

An approved QA/ QC Inspector has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:

- Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP & method statements and reporting deviations from management system / contractual requirements of the projects.
- Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
- Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.
- Coordination with Employer/ sub-contractor, in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness inspections & tests.
- Ensuring close-out of all snags / punch-points within the time frame agreed with the employer.
- Reviewing and performing material receiving inspection as per company and client requirements, applicable standards / specifications etc.
- Witnessing assigned in-process and final products inspection and tests at site.
- Monitoring all installation and inspection of site work with respective of Quality ITPs and checklist.
- Evaluate the Factory Acceptance Test Reports.
- Review inspection & test reports of completed inspections & tests.
- Monitoring all equipment’s, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements and that personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.
- Reporting on non-conformance issues with installations and equipment and advising construction team on correct installation practices.
- Liaison with client representative concerning quality matters on site.
- To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures, ISO 9001 & policies and ensure that all the people on the site observe and implement them.
- Identifying near miss and nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures and reporting the near miss / nonconformities in the near miss / nonconformity report.
- Verification of implementation of corrective & preventive actions against the nonconformities and reporting results to QA/QC Leads and line managers, if necessary.
- Preparation of final quality dossiers / test packs and maintaining backups of completed quality dossiers / test packs.
- Submitting weekly report and requested information / statistics to QAQC Manager/ Leads.
- Liaison with QAQC Manager/ Leads for all aspects of quality.

**V. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or equivalent, in **CIVIL** Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 6-year experience in **Quality of PV Solar, BESS, Fencing, Roads, Buildings and Sub-stations etc.**:

- ** Experience of Solar Tracker Installation, Piling/ foundations of Tracker Posts, Ramming, Cable Trenches, BESS Foundations etc.**:

- Knowledge of the ISO-9000 series International Standards.
- Knowledge of international and KSA standards related to Civil Engineering.
- Strong communicator written and oral.
- Strong and effective coordinator
- Organized, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks.
- Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Excel
- Report writing skills.
- Experience of working in a multicultural project team
- Middle East project experience
