Location**:Jeddah**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing functionality and efficiency of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.
- Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance staff and external contractors, ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues, and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Manage facility budgets, expenses, and procurement of necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring that all expenditures are within approved budgetary limits.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operational costs, while maintaining a high standard of safety and comfort for occupants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, health and safety, and environmental services, to ensure that facilities meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and evaluations related to facility management, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices in facility operations.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Proven work experience of at least 8 years in facility management, demonstrating a strong track record of successful facility operations and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, facility management principles, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on safety and sustainability.
- Familiarity with facility management software and tools for maintenance scheduling, work order management, and asset tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address facility-related issues proactively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, staff, and external contractors.
- An experience in managing the construction of public buildings, parks, stadiums, monuments...etc. It is preferred that he be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Pay: Up to ﷼20,000.00 per month
