**Permits, NOC’s Commissioning Sr. Consultant**

NEOM The Line, Riyadh

The **Permits, NOC’s Commissioning Sr. Consultant **will be part of the team responsible for executing all needed activities to secure permits, approval & NOCs to enable timely commencement of construction activities on The LINE.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Support the planning and assist in undertaking required activities to secure permits, NOCs and Commissioning Compliance for NEOM The LINE project by coordinating with local permitting authorities to ensure all permits, licenses, approvals & NOCs are secured in a timely manner.
- Support the required activities to secure all required permits, approvals & NOCs in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a trust based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and develop robust working relationships.
- Help document stakeholder concerns and support and participate to the extent possible addressing them in comprehensive and timely manner.
- Highlight /document potential negative impacts on delivery and recommend prioritized resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- B.S. in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building/infrastructure design and/or construction of large development projects. Proven ability to deal with permitting authorities to obtain approvals and permits in a timely manner.
- Fluent in English language. Knowledge of Arabic is very advantageous.
