**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including the establishment of baseline plans.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate all aspects of the project into the schedule.
- Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Identify potential risks related to project schedules and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding scheduling and planning matters.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and the client.
- Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Provide expert guidance on planning and scheduling methodologies and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in planning technology and software.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Extensive experience with stadium or large-scale sports facility projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
