A large company developing an international delivery system is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful quality associate to lead the QA team. You will be responsible for controlling the quality of the company's call center processes.

The company has been on the market for 5 years but has managed to open divisions in the Middle East and Europe. The company's flagship project already has over a million active users and is expanding its audience.

You are invited to join the team at the company's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company will help you with relocation within the MENA region.

**Senior Quality Associate**

**Your tasks**:

- Active participation in the quality assurance of all processes within the call center of the company
- Ensuring that all interactions with customers are positive, using all available resources
- Monitoring processes, making sure that contact with customers is timely and meets KPIs
- Providing regular reports to management and seeking new ideas and strategies to improve the center's performance
- Taking responsibility for decision making in managing the QA team, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the team
- Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will improve performance

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Senior QA Manager/Quality Associate or in a similar role
- Practical experience in leading a quality assurance team
- Extensive knowledge of QMS & Quality standards
- The ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Strong handling skills, team management, and communication skills
- Fluent English (C1+)

**Will be a plus**:

- Hands-on experience in the call center quality assurance
- Fluent Arabic
