We are seeking a Marketing Leader who will be responsible for leading the marketing and digital efforts for Mano in the achievement of its goals. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Mano’s marketing & digital strategy and plan, marketing our products via a multichannel integrated approach successfully, ensuring the continued growth and retention of our customers.
You will be responsible to bringing the brand positioning to life as well as the brand identity revamp, achieving creative standards of excellence.

**Job duties**
- Lead and oversee the development and delivery of Mano’s marketing strategy and plan
- Work with the CMO to plan and align a strategic marketing approach and annual plan to direct our marketing activities
- Plan and implement a strategic, overall marketing program for all Mano stores
- Plan and effectively execute an integrated program to enhance sales on the Mano App and generate positive results for the overall success of our business.
- Optimize processes, recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize campaign performance.
- Plan and implement special marketing events including launches, closed forum sessions, customer initiatives events etc.
- Coordinate public relations efforts that maintain each Mano store in a favorable light, promote special events for awareness, and increase exposure of our app; build relationships with key media, and enhance the overall perception of Mano.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value, product success and community engagement.
- Mentor, coach, and grow direct reports

**Requirements**:

- University degree, preferably in Marketing, or a commercial related discipline.
- Strategic thinking
- One or more relevant certifications is preferred
- An understanding of the range of strategies and techniques available to capture and learn from market insights and research, and the principles of audience targeting, influencing and/or segmentation
- Strong knowledge of SEO/PPC/SEM
- Proven experience building strong partnerships with agencies, vendors, influencers and with strong executive presence; able to establish credibility and support with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Strong level of confidence, bold and able to challenge the status quo
- Strong data analytics skills
- Strong digital experience across multiple channels and proficiency in budget creation and management is essential.
