We are looking for a highly motivated **Commercial Replenishment Lead in Procurement** to join our e-grocery team and help us expand our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for suppliers/merchants to support business objectives
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of products
- Work closely with suppliers/merchants to ensure timely delivery of quality products
- Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to ensure appropriate inventory levels
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that replenishment/procurement processes are aligned with business needs
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain replenishment/procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Replenishment, Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with KSA local suppliers/merchants in e-grocery industry (e-com) **is a must**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Arabic
