**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and implement site-specific HSE plans and procedures.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training for site personnel.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Ensure PPE usage and enforce safe working practices at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 10 years** of experience in the HSE field, specifically in **construction and fit-out projects**.
- Certification in **NEBOSH IGC** (mandatory); **OSHA**, **IOSH**, or **ISO 45001** training/certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards.
- Effective communication and team supervision skills.
- Must be available to **join immediately**.
- **Transferable Iqama** preferred (for applicants inside Saudi Arabia).
