We are seeking a dynamic and innovative PR Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations initiatives to enhance our company's reputation and brand visibility in the local and international markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our organization's goals and objectives
- Manage and nurture relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
- Coordinate and oversee press conferences, media events, and interviews
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing regular reports on PR activities and their impact
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Develop and manage crisis communication strategies
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities and award nominations for company executives
- Oversee the PR budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PR to continuously improve our strategies

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand and lifestyle marketing, with a track record of delivering strong business results
- Extensive experience in public relations, including media relations and crisis management
- Solid network of media and press contacts in Saudi Arabia and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in PR software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the impact of PR initiatives
- Experience in managing social media channels and developing engaging content
- Familiarity with the local culture and business environment in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
