We are seeking a talented and experienced Media & Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to work with one of the largest urban planning programs in the world.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and media presence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials in both Arabic and English
- Manage the organization's social media presence and develop engaging content
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics and tools
- Coordinate press conferences, media events, and interviews for company spokespersons
- Provide strategic counsel to leadership on media relations and crisis communication
- Stay informed about industry trends and adjust PR strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media relations or public relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong media relations and networking abilities
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR strategies and media campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management and PR software tools
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail
- Crisis communication experience and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian media landscape and cultural nuances
- Knowledge of local and international media outlets
- Must be a Saudi national
