Senior HR Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Lead and coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
- Design and deliver effective onboarding plans for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
**2) Employee Relations**
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support the resolution of workplace conflicts and disciplinary cases in line with company policy.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
**3) Performance Management**
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor performance trends and recommend improvement plans.
**4) Training & Development**
- Identify training needs and recommend development programs.
- Organize in-house workshops and liaise with external training providers.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain skills matrices.
**5) Compensation & Benefits**
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and HR data.
- Assist in salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits.
**6) HR Policies & Compliance**
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
- Update HR documentation and communicate policy changes to staff.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
**7) HR Projects & Initiatives**
- Participate in or lead HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, HRIS improvements, or process automation.
- Support change management activities and organizational development plans.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
- Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
