Our global team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a specialist background in Nuclear new build projects providing procurement and contractual advice expertise.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Implement Procurement, Commercial and Contracting Strategies and Procedures
- Stakeholder and Keyholder reviews for Assurance and Governance
- Implement mandated KSA procurement requirements.
- Identification of Project Requirements
- Supplier engagement and sourcing
- Create RFP/RFQ/PQQ/Tender documents.
- Financial standing checks and maintenance
- Evaluate and select suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate Terms and conditions (FIDIC/Bespoke)
- Finalize Purchase order (via SAP/Oracle or other ERP)
- PO Management, contract, and variation
- Supplier Development, SRM and continuous improvement
- Implement Value management or Value engineering processes s required.
- Support Contract Manager for procurement related queries.

**About You**:
**Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills**
- 10+ years Contract Commercial Procurement Management experience, in mega scale buildings projects
- 4+ years procurement management experience, in Saudi Arabia
- Cohesive knowledge of Nuclear construction methods and suppliers.
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work
- Organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent problem, negotiating, finance and numeracy management skills
- Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Native English level communication skills - both oral and written

**Qualifications**
- BSc Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- MCIPS, MRICS, or related chartership
- Transferable Iqama
