**Director End State Logistics - Solutions**

**Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics of the business to ensure timely and pristine delivery of all orders.
- Develop and implement short
- and long-term goals, setting supply chain KPIs for productivity, speed, and order accuracy, analysing data collected over time, and implementing process improvements wherever possible.
- Lead a dynamic team of Senior Managers, taking direct accountabilities for all contracts, costs, performance, and compliance within the logistics function.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast and meet capacity needs, ensuring optimal logistics performance.
- Ensure that inventory levels are satisfactory, monitor standard warehousing and fulfilment procedures such as receiving, picking, and packing, for speed, efficiency, and quality of throughput.
- Act as the lead for sourcing and negotiating contract pricing and terms for all modes of freight.
- Lead the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process across all modes of transportation, including Ocean, FTL/LTL, and Air.
- Maintain strong relations with suppliers and customers, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships.
- Lead a highly collaborative culture, both internally and externally. Communicate and connect with both executives and warehouse solutions employees and balance the demands of each.
- Identify and select the best logistics supplier partners to work with, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Communicate and align strategic objectives with various stakeholders.
- Identify and assess risks associated with strategic initiatives and procurement activities.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
