**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that commercial management of each asset within the precinct is appropriately managed to meet its set objectives - in terms of cost and commercial risk.
- Review asset cost plans, cashflows, pre and post tender budgets, cost reports, and risk allowances, engaging with consultants and members of the asset delivery team to ensure accuracy and validity of information provided.
- Track change and budgetary control processes ensuring that implementation is both understood and properly applied by the consultants and asset delivery teams.
- Review tender returns and engage with members of the asset delivery team to negotiate commercial terms and conditions within contracts.
- Track and monitor payments to contractors and consultants engaged in the delivery of the assets.
- Prepare and present reports to communicate the commercial status of each asset to the wider business.

**Requirements**:

- Degree Qualified Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- A minimum of 15 years of experience working on major construction projects
- 5+ years plus experience in a leading or senior role within a commercial management environment
- 5+ years plus experience in a leading or senior role on major construction projects.
